HOW IT’S MADE
A revolutionary process: Harvested in early August for optimal acidity and low sugar, Levin’s organic grapes undergo 12-hour cold skin contact to extract pure aromatic compounds. The breakthrough? A proprietary combination of bacteria and yeast strains that ferment grape sugars into lactic acid, glycerol, CO2, and complex aromas—without ever producing alcohol.
